Your immigration case belongs to you. We collect the information needed to provide Sunder, secure your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we only use your information as described in this policy.
Information and files you add to Sunder are stored securely and are only accessible through your account.
You can update or delete your information at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your data in accordance with our retention policy and applicable law.
We may review case information to improve Sunder. You can turn that off in Settings.
Sunder uses AI to help organize information and answer questions about your case. AI responses are informational only and should not be treated as legal advice.
Files you upload are not shared with AI providers.
We use trusted third-party providers to operate Sunder, including cloud hosting, authentication, security, and AI services. These providers process information on our behalf and only as necessary to provide the service. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
